Windows 10: I keep getting blue screen after opening genshin impact

Hello!I got a new notebook with Windows 11 and I wanted to download genshin impact. After I did that it worked as usual client worked, game also worked, I could´ve played.But since yesterday I keep getting blue screen after I want to launch the game. The genshin client works as usual but when I want to launch the game itself my notebook crashes with blue screen that says "your device ran into a problem and needs to restart. We´re just collecting some error info, and then we´ll restart for you. Stop code: KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE".I tried to reinstall the game didn´t help. I also heard

While the anti-cheat on Genshin Impact is known to cause blue screens, it is not listed in your minidump files, your minidump files just indicate memory (RAM) corruption no specific driver or cause is listed

There is no indication that there is anything wrong with your PC or Windows installation, are you able to roll back that update?

I upgraded the ram to 20gb of ram

Whenever i update genshin impact it blue screen of death the laptop
Also i asked for our local repair shop for a reformat. Laptop has no apps and i'm just litterally downloading genshin impact

what should i do?
