Windows 10: I keep getting blue screens on my laptop, what's wrong?

I have a DELL Inspiron 17 7779 laptop, lately I have gotten tons of stop code blue screens, I have consistently have had to reinstall Windows 10 and that doesn't solve the problem, I have uploaded a dump file to this comment to see what the issue is, I have uploaded all of my drivers on my PC and that hasn't solved the problem https://1drv.ms/u/s!ArL3KURuFS3aiNNHcwd3Ci8Vo85nlw?e=rcRGd0

Laptop with broken screen How much?

I would like suggestions and look in local stores. I dont wanna buy a laptop from someone online. Sorry. But could be a good idea if you asked him about the performance on older games. Gonna make a list ofall laptops people suggest me.

Remove the screen for space purpose here its small desk and if the screen is opened it will hide my 22 inches lcd

after monthes of running system it was fine then on windows 7 it blue screened after looking it over myself and getting advice from local pc shop they suggest upgrading os will fix the issue so I upgraded to win 8.1 and along followed the blue screens now again upgrading after more advice I'm on win 10 and the bluescreens followed as a bad pool error rebooting I have included the requested report please help as spending the $150 the local pc shop wants is my next step
