  2. BSOD Windows 10 - Driver Verifier causing windows to boot loop and carnt get BSOD to find driver at fault. need help!

    Right, I have done a lot of testing over the weekend and these are the results;

    1. disabled gpu = BSOD
    2. removed gpu drivers and gpu from system = BSOD
    3. removed battery and cleared CMOS
    4. tried a old AMD gpu and driver = BSOD
    5. moved ram from stots A2 & B2 to A1 & B1 = BSOD
    6. ram a single ram stick in A2 = BSOD
    7. ram the other ram stick in A2 = BSOD
    8. disconnected corsair lighting node pro = BSOD
    9. sfc /scannow = no issues
    10. updated all windows 10 + drivers to the latest versions = BSOD
    11. enabled driver verifier = BSOD (creative video capture driver shown as issue
    12. uninstalled creative software and drivers = BSOD
so where do I go from here? (other that throwing my 2k computer that's less than a year old out my window)

    some of todays dump data

  3. zbook Win User
BSOD when updating W10 Insider Preview (installation)

The BSOD minidump did not display a definitive misbehaving driver.
All of the BSOD have been C2 Bad pool caller.
The suggested steps for finding cause and effect are RAM testing with Memtest86+ version 5.01 and Windows driver verifier.
If the Memtest86+ version 5.01 displays malfunctioning RAM / DIMM /MB then the troubleshooting will be completed once the hardware component is identified. If the Memtest86+ version 5.01 is negative then the next step would be windows driver verifier.
If you prefer a clean install that is another option if hardware is ruled out.

The memory dump will take a while to download. So it will be troubleshooted later today.

Constant BSOD and Error: 0x80080005 while downloading Windows updates

    Hi Jose,

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

I understand that you are facing BSOD after performing installation of Windows 10 on your PC. Thank you for sharing the dump files and the necessary details of the PC.

I have analyzed the dump files and found out that the files Win32kfull.sys and
segurazokd.sys are the reason for causing the BSOD.

Regarding the BSOD caused by the file Win32kfull.sys, I would suggest you to run a memory diagnostic test to check for faulty RAM. As you have mentioned that you have performed a memory test but one RAM stick was disconnected, please
perform this test once again with both the RAM sticks connected.

    1. Open Start Menu and type
      Memory
      .
    2. Now click on Windows Memory Diagnostic.
    3. Click on Restart now and check for problems.
    4. Follow the on screen instructions

Regarding the BSOD caused by segurazokd.sys, I would suggest you to re-install any programs related to
Seagate, as you are using a Seagate hard drive it could be possible that the storage drivers are causing the BSOD.

However, regarding the Windows updates issue you can refer the article
    Fix Windows Update errors
    .

Note: The article talks about performing a clean install, it is advised to backup all the data before performing the steps.

If the issue persists, please get back to us with the results of the troubleshooting steps to assist you better.
