Windows 10: I keep getting disconnected from all Minecraft Realms

I can join and play for a minute or two, then when I break blocks they won't drop etc. and after another minute I get disconnected. Sometimes it just says "Disconnected" and other times it says "internal exception java.io.ioexception an existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host".


The issue only happens when playing on realms and not on online servers like Hypixel or Mineplex.


I am grateful for any help.

There should be no difference between Minecraft purchased from the Microsoft Store and Mojang website as they are cross-platform play compatible. You can join/invite people in a Realm as long as they are also listed as Xbox Live friends.

ive been trying to add a realm but the realm bar doesnt show up and it only shows the add friends

is it because of restrictions?

plz help me i want to go on my friends realm

and he has the add realm bar on friends
