Windows 10: I keep getting error code 0x800f0831 when trying to install KB4601319

I continue to get this error after trying multiple solutions:

1 Restarted computer

2 Ran Windows Update Troubleshooter

3 Went to Microsoft Update Catalog and downloaded the update. Was able to download it, but it will not install.

4 Had Best Buy Tech Support go in to my computer remotely and try to fix the issue. They just did a "tune up" and thought it was fixed.


Has anyone else run into this problem? I never had a problem with Windows Update until KB4601319.

I keep getting error Error 0x800f0831 after trying to install the latest updates from windows updates. Any way to fix this?

 

BIOS error codes

So I have motherboard with installed small LED screen, which presents BIOS error codes.

Where can I find a list of those errors. And I don't mean beep codes, but the "number" codes.

Ex after installing sound card, the motherboard startup fails with the code 15.
