Windows 10: I keep getting error event 7024 & 7031, with periodic blue screen of death

My system event log is filled with the following errors:


Error 7024: The WMIs service terminated with the following service-specific error: The system cannot find the path specified


Error 7031: The WMIs service terminated unexpectedly. It has done this 1 times. The following corrective action will be taken in 60000 milliseconds: Restart the service.


I checked the event log after having several blue screens of death with the code: CRITICAL STRUCTURE CORRUPTION

I am using Windows 10.0.19041 x64. How can I fix this problem?
