Windows 10: I keep getting frequency video_dxgkrnl_fatal_error BSOD

35 BSODs since Nov. 2016: video_dxgkrnl_fatal_error

Hello-
I am at a loss to solve my BSOD problem, which is occurring with increasing frequency. It is always the same error: video_dxgkrnl_fatal_error. It occurs randomly and without warning. After the BSOD, the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960M is hidden in the Device Manager and listed as not installed. Restarting the computer does not make the computer find the hidden NVIDIA card. However, the card reappears and functions normally once the system is shut down totally and powered on again. BIOS and drivers should be up to date. Many thanks for any help that you can provide!

Why am I getting BSOD video_dxgkrnl_fatal_error ?

I've been getting BSOD randomly saying "video_dxgkrnl_fatal_error"
I am on windows 10 and I've tried reinstalling AMD and Nvdia drivers to older and newer versions , reinstalled OS , SFC and DISM but nothing seems to be working.

I've attached the crash dump files maybe they might hint something , I am exhausted because BSOD means my unsaved data gets lost every single time.

BSoD with error code VIDEO_DXGKRNL_FATAL_ERROR

I am using Acer Aspire 7 (A75-51G-51H8) with i5-9300H processor and GTX 1650ti. From early September my laptop keeps getting into BSoD with error code: VIDEO_DXGKRNL_FATAL_ERROR. I have already reset my device. The frequency has decreased (probably because I do not have any graphics hungry programs anymore). But it still keeps occurring. Please help. I am attaching the last few minidumps if they are of any help. Thank you.
