Windows 10: I keep getting incompatible program but it's not identified

What can be done to identify and remove this problem! Also it causes main email not forwarding to other msn emails we have.

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.
