Windows 10: I keep getting redirected to https://sendus1.com/p

I'm on OPERAGX, on windows 11, and I tried to change my weather widget's location to my actual location, so I accepted cookies for the accuweather website which opera uses and then it sent me to https://sendus1.com/p. there's nothing on the link. it simply says "This file could not be found." And the only other mention of this I've seen was here. Sometimes when I'm on other websites and I'll try to look something up, for example, it'll send me to that. any clues of what this could be?

I don't know why my bowser automatically redirect to below mentioned websites

i googled reg this issue, most of them show fake software will resolve this issue, i downloaded and installed but no use. Also some of them post possible ways to clear via registry, i tired as they mentioned but i can't able to notice which they mentioned
entry. You are my last hope, and completely reinstall my all browsers, can you please suggest possible way to recover my system.

I was really afraid in the point of security problem this my track my web activities.
