BSOD Event ID 10016 ShellServiceHost and event 7000 !!!

Not sure if it will help your BSOD, but the following should stop the Event ID 7000 and if I remember correctly the Event ID 10016.

    Open Command Prompt as Admin
    sc config CldFlt start= disabled

Laptop BSoD every day, event id 7000

I have not been able to see the error message due to the bsod screen being blocked
Seems to happen specifically when watching a youtube video and playing a certain game
Checking event viewer, all the errors that occur when the BSoD occur have the event id 7000
There is another forum I have found with the same error: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/bsod-once-at-least-every-day-event-id-7000/8cc70e16-679e-43b7-852f-109de67e7cec

but I am unsure if the problem of the original poster was resolved

The DFWSIDService service failed to start due to the following error:

    Event ID's associated to BSOD 7001, 7000 & 1000

    Hi stacchz,

Welcome to the 10forums I keep getting the BSOD with an Event ID of 3509 - Task Category 7000 -... :)

Please note, only the red onces in the event logs are errors, any others are information event logs.

For the 7001 event, I would suggest to create a new thread at the General Support forum.
In the BSOD Crashes and Debugging forum we focus on BSODs only, rarely do we also handle restart/shutdown/freeze crashes but usually only when they are mixed with BSODs.

For the 7000 event, the driver 'VBoxAswDrv.sys' is from Avast. I would suggest to download the Avast uninstall tool to get rid if left behinds *Arrow Avast Uninstall Utility | Download aswClear for Avast Removal

For the BSOD event, the last one was on the 22th of previous month, unless you experience new BSODs anytime soon I do not see a reason to worry about it I keep getting the BSOD with an Event ID of 3509 - Task Category 7000 -... :)
