Windows 10: I keep getting the DPC_Watchdog_Violation and i did manythings to solve it and it still...

It's been happening to me since I got my PC 4 years ago and it stopped happening until now it started to happen again and more frequently I cant start it for an 1 and it crashes I have seen a moderator ask for the minidump and solved the problem for the guy I need help plz

Manything for PC which developed for mobile devices Android and iOS, my question is how can I use this application without an Android emulator. I've searched and found only guides installing it with an Android emulator. Is there any solution to these?
