I keep getting the same pop up message: The install of C:\Users\marip\AppData\Local\Temp\utt1D22.tmp failed. Signer certificate mismatch how do I stop this??

To enable and disable the popup blocker, follow these steps:

• Click the "..." button in the upper right-hand corner to access the Microsoft Edge menu.
• Select Settings.
• Click on View Advanced settings.
• Block up Pop ups. From here you can turn off or on the pop up blocker.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
