    admin password?

    You can reset the Admin Password using Windows XP repair; See Here for step by step.

    Enter an admin user name and password

    I forgot my password for the Admin user name. Tried everything but cannot get it to work. How do I fix this?

    Yes.
    Then I'm put back to the page where all the users names appear (myself, others and admin usually) but there's now another 'user' called cross-000 which is at the top of the list and highlighted. When I scroll to 'myself' and enter my password I now get another message advising me to contact my system administrater.
    Windows 10 is rubbish.
