Windows 10: I keep getting TrojanDownloader:HTML/elshutilo!mtb found in my chrome cache data

It's been there since two days ago and everytime I deleted it it will come back after I use my laptop Or maybe chrome, I'm not sure for a while.For example, yesterday I have been scanning all day and there's nothing, but today it came back again.And at first I only find this out because I manually scanned my laptop, there's no pop ups. And it was "TrojanDownloader:HTML/Elshutilo.A" that got found first, after it turned into TrojanDownloader:HTML/elshutilo!mtb for some reason?I'm not exactly sure why I got it, and only windows defender full scan can find it. Offline Scan and quick scan can't

Load this checklist video in Edge: (I'm assuming you did at least a few of these steps, since you stated you tried other suggestions earlier) Go through the list of suggestions here to try to repair YouTube for Chrome...

 

Can't get Youtube to show videos in Chrome

I haven't gotteen to this suggestion yet - but, I've shut down half my Extensions and, now, I get the voice of the Youtube videos - but still not the video. Thought this clue might help.

 

I'm trying to locate a image that I viewed on chrome

I've tried the utility and I can't seem to get it to work, in Google Chrome, then access about:cache and I get all the hex numbers, I tried copying them and then posting them in the website that you suggested, I don't get anything. Sometimes it opens and just says searching and it stays that way for what seems like 30 minutes to an hour and then I just cut it off.If anyone uses this program and is willing to give me a six step by step I'd be more than happy to try to get it to work. I've also tried another chrome cache viewer called imagechacheviewer and that was also unable to work. The example it shows on one of the pages for one of these utilities was thec cache are listed above and as you click on them if there is an image it shows up on the bottom I couldn't get that to work either at the moment I don't have that page open so I don't know exactly which one of those two utilities it is but both of them having problems with anyone could help I'd appreciate it
