Windows 10: I keep having BSOD when i am running either snipping tools or obs studio

Hi all i keep having BSOD when i start video recording using snippping tools or when i just start running OBS studio. The dump file incidates signalrgb / snipping tool as below.I have numerous dump file so if anyone can help me please ?I have reinstall my nvidia driver using DDU in safe mode and reinstall , reinstall signalrgb , update my mobo chipset firmware to latest already not sure what else is possible. I am wondering is it because my windows comes from 23h2 to 24h2 update directly causing this constant issue. Is a clean uninstall and reinstall necessary to windows 11 24h2 necessary ?K

Please try this:

Step 1:

Click Start, and type Snipping Tool.

Right-click Snipping Tool from the search results, and click App Settings

Click Reset,

Click Repair.

Note: In Windows 11, there is no Snip and Sketch. It comes pre-installed with the new Snipping Tool (which replaces the old Snipping Tool and Snip & Sketch apps)

Step 2:

Turn off Focus assist if it's enabled

Step 3:

Open Services.msc and make sure that the following services are set to "Automatic" and running:

• Windows Push Notifications System Service
  
• Windows Push Notifications User Service

OBS Studio.

Hi lads.

Do any of you know or have used OBS Studio?

Since last week i am streaming on Twich but unfortunately yesterday i have had to stop doing it due lag or buffering, from my monitor to OBS the Game doesn't lag or keep buffering but in the Twich window it does, maybe i am missing some setting, i have seen people that they do streaming and Games run smoothly.

Any advice will be more than appreciate.
