Windows 10: I keep having this error show up hundreds of times for the same "time", and its preventing...

This warning Application 'C:\Program Files x86\Steam\bin\cef\cef.win7x64\steamwebhelper.exe' pid 16924 cannot be restarted - Application SID does not match Conductor SID.. keeps showing up hundreds of times on the Event viewer, and seems to be linked to why my game crashes every time i try to play. I have no idea how to even start fixing this, and every forum i have come accross seems to assume I know anything about programming/computer functions, i dont. So could someone show me a step by step way to fix thi

Keyboard: some Shift- combinations do not work from time to time

When using SHIFT to type !, @, #, $, ( or ) they sometimes do not work. A while later, they may work for a short time. Sometimes the problem does not show up for days. Steps taken so far:

• The device manager shows no issues.
  
• Test programs found nothing or suggest it may be a hardware error.
  
• When using on-screen keyboards, there is no issue.
  
• The keyboard drivers have been de-installed and automatically re-installed
  
• The latest drivers are installed
  
• Have removed and re-selected the language keyboards

Shows the wrong time

Hi Jonas,

If you live in a region that does not observe daylight saving time (DST), but the Windows setting for that time zone
does adjust for daylight saving time, we recommend that you do not clear the
Automatically adjust clock for Daylight Saving Time check box in the
Time Zone Settings dialog box. Instead, we suggest that you select a time zone that does not observe daylight saving time and that has the same Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) offset as the current time zone.

For example, assume that your current time zone is (UTC-06:00) Central Time (US and Canada). There are two time zones that do not observe daylight saving time and that have the same UTC offset (-06:00):

• (UTC-06:00) Central America
• (UTC-06:00) Saskatchewan

To change your time zone setting, follow these steps:

• In Control Panel, click Clock, Language, and Region.
• Click Change the time zone.
• In the Time Zone area of the Date and Time
  dialog box, click Change time zone.
• In the Time zone list, select a time zone that does not observe daylight saving time and has the same UTC offset as your current time zone.
• Click OK.
• Click Apply, and then click OK.

Changing Time Format

Hi Mary,

There's a possibility that the set up time format in your computer Basic Input/Output System (BIOS) is military time. To have this checked, you can try to reset the time of your computer through Control Panel. See the steps below on how to do
so:

• Open Control Panel > Clock, Language, and Region >
  Change date, time, or number formats. This would open the
  Region window.
• From there, click on Additional settings at the bottom part. It will open the Customize Format.
• Click Reset; then, OK.

The steps should work; however, if not, we suggest that you contact manufacturer and have the BIOS time checked.
