Windows 10: I keep on getting these system errors that the code execution cannot proceed because...

I started getting this system error message a couple months ago first it was for rvm.exe and now python.exe and I don't know if it was because I accidentally downloaded something malicious from the web. I recently did try to download keyboard drivers so I could edit the screen and rgb on my keyboard, but I had downloaded them from the official keyboard site who knows tho it is some Chinese brand although they are popular on amazon. I got a warning from Windows Security about a Trojan Virus which was labeled as file: C:\Users\19166\AppData\Roaming\BeaconlocalCgx_v1\python310.dll and it scare

Getting AccelerometerSt.exe - System error "The code execution cannot proceed because VCRUNTIME140.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem." This error started occurring after 2nd to the latest system update (prior to 6-15-2017
auto update). I have an HP 14 Pavilion laptop with Windows 10. Is this a Microsoft update error or an HP system update error?
