BSOD while playing Black Ops 2 (DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL)

I was playing Black Ops II yesterday with a friend, and in a specific part of the map my game in the first instance crashed and sent me to the desktop. Thought it was an odd thing but then I decided to play again. Once I reach a certain part of the map my complete system goes BSOD. Error "DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL" with the dxgmms2.sys module.

Today I woke up and played the same map again and interestingly enough, in the same area as before, my PC BSOD once again. Same error, same module.

Checking the Reliability History it says it was a Hardware Error.

Using the WinDBG tool, told me the same things. I will attach some pics of from today's BSOD logs, because it doesnt allow me to share the file due to admin problems (I m the owner of the PC but it seems I m not logged as the administrator. I dont know much about this kind of stuff).

Reading online made me think it's a problem with my GPU drivers.

Some background facts:

- I swapped from a GTX 1660ti to an RTX 3060 back in 2021

- After this, I used DDU to uninstall the drivers (didnt do this first because people told me since it was an NVIDIA to NVIDIA change, I shouldnt worry about - --uninstalling the drivers before swapping cards)

- Then I suffered hours trying to get high frame rates on games like COD Warzone. I even have to use weird methods as giving Realtime Value to COD MW process, just to unlock more FPS in the game.

- Since then, something that's common in my PC is that usually my screen becomes Black suddenly for a couple of seconds, and then everything goes to normal. ---- According to the Reliability History, it's a Hardware Error. ("A problem with your hardware caused Windows to stop working correctly" )

- Yesterday, for the first time in my life I had this BSOD error, and it's quite weird, since I've played Black Ops 2 Zombies many times before, and never had issues (Haven't played in months tho)

System Specs:

i7 9700

RTX 3060 (Zotac AMP White)

TUF B365M-PLUS GAMING Mobo

32 GB RAM DDR4 2666MHz

 

Black ops 2 steam version runs only as backgrounds and ZM and MP does not work

Black ops 2 used to run on my pc before and now it will not. i have windows 10 pro my dxdiag is DxDiag - Pastebin.com whenever i try to play zombies or multiplayer they jsut run in the background in task manager. i have tried reinstalling, re verifying
game cache, i have talked with pc dev assist and they cant figure it out and they told me to ask here. every other game i own runs perfect except black ops 2. the only time i have gotten it to run was after a fresh reformat and do not want to do that again.
i even scanned my windows files to see if it was corrupted and it was not. no one else has had this problem before and i dont know how to fix it. yes my drivers are all up to date as well
