Windows 10: I keep receiving "Event 8233" through many blue screen errors Windows 11

Hi, I'm using Windows 11 and I have been getting blue screens for few weeks and each time it happens, I check the event viewer and every time I see the Event 8233 Security - SPP error. I got many different blue screen errors through it, such as critical process died, unexpected store exception etc.I tried many online solutions and neither of them worked. I ran many cmd scans, couldn't find anything. I reset the windows although it only reset the C: not D: bc windows was built on C: but none of it seems to work. Btw my W11 is licensed through my university.So basically my problem is I get blu
