In addition to the error code, my "Cortana" has stopped working yet when I test the microphone it works.

I'm tryna download Ultimate Spider-Man the game. I get to the file that says USM.EXE and when I go to open it, I receive the error saying The code of execution cannot proceed because MSVCR71.dll was not found. I downloaded MSVCR71.dll from there I went
to files, OS (C , then windows, and pasted MSCVCR71.dll into system, then into system 32, then sysWOW64. I restarted my computer and nothing had changed. I am running on windows 10, please share help.
