Windows 10: i keep setting all my permissions to allow but when i click submit it all goes back to blocked

i dont know what to do, im playing minecraft bedrock but this issue happened recently out of the blue when i was just chating with my friends in the minecraft bedrock chat then it woiuldnt let me type anymore saying i have to go to this link https://help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/articles/4408968616077-How-to-Manage-Parental-Consent-Family-Settings-and-Realms-Multiplayer-Access-for-a-Child-Account

Block ALL Programs Except Allowed Ones

Windows 10 Apps folder Permission to copy and paste files DENIED

To help you resolve the issue, we suggest to set permission to 'Everyone'. To do so, kindly follow the steps below:

• Right click on the main folder and choose 'Properties'.
• Click the 'Security' tab .
• Look towards the bottom right hand side and click 'Advanced'.
• Click the 'Owner' tab and click 'Edit'.
• Under Owner, click on 'Change' link.
• Type 'Everyone' and click on Apply and OK.
• Now, click on 'Edit' button.
• Under 'Permission for SYSTEM', place a check mark on all the Allow.
• Click on 'Apply' and 'OK'.

Blocking and Allowing a Certain Program to a User in Windows 10

• Do you want to block the access of files & folders for the other user profile?

You can give permission for accessing/denying the files/folders on a drive to a user profile by setting appropriate permissions on the operating system.

To block the permission of the other user profile to access the files & folders, I suggest you to follow the steps below:

  Press Window logo + E keys on the keyboard and click on
  This PC located on the right hand panel of the screen.

  Open the drive where the application files are located.
  
• 
  Right click on the application file and select Properties.
  
• 
  Click on the Security tab of the window and click on the user profile name to deny access to under
  Group or user names.

  Click on Edit button and give permissions accordingly to the user profile.
