Windows 10: i know that windows 8.1 ended support, but the store is on a loop.

Discus and support i know that windows 8.1 ended support, but the store is on a loop. in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; i did try wsreset and etc nothing works. by the way its on a vm because i made that vm main.please can you help?...
