Windows 10: I literally can't get in touch with any form of support and its putting my career at risk

    I literally can't get in touch with any form of support and its putting my career at risk


    As the title says, I literally can't contact any form of support except for through here and it's making it so I cannot continue with my job. I've tried talking to people through text chats and the person I connected with clearly had no idea what they were doing and expected the countless links they sent me, having nothing to do with my problem, to somehow magically fix my issue. I then told them that I'd like to talk to another person because they kept dodging my questions which happens every time I talk through the text chats and they just straight up disappeared.
    There is no function allowing the customer to end the chat so the employee has to.....but they didn't end it which has completely removed my ability to chat with other employees it just brings me back to the same chat every time I go through the bot's questions rather than letting me connect with another person.
    I can't talk to people over the phone either because every time I say technical support it says its moved support for it online WHICH I CAN'T USE.
    I've been trying to get help for 4 hours now with no luck and I've gotten a nosebleed from how stressed I am. My career is at risk here and if this simple issue can't get fixed because I can't contact anyone then I'm going to lose my job.

    I literally just need to figure out why my .zip folders don't appear when I create them. It makes them, but doesn't show me WHERE it puts them.
