Windows 10: I live in China but don't read Chinese, what could I do if I buy a laptop here?

The laptop in question is a Lenovo. I asked customer services if they supply them with English and they said it isn't possible. I checked online in Hong Kong and the prices are literally double what they are here from a Chinese flagship shop online, just as they are in Europe and the UK. I have the use of a current Lenovo, but it had its 10-year birthday last month and is showing a lot of wear and tear. I am quite IT literate but totally Chinese illiterate. There's a 'digital city' building full of IT retailers nearby, I could use a translate app to ask them to help too.Many thanks!

How can I buy a laptop in China with Windows 10 English

I'm a foreigner living in Shanghai. I have done lot of research on buying a windows laptop in China (Dell, Lenovo or MS - buying from an online site) but every notebook I've seen comes pre-installed with Windows 10 PRC Chinese. Why is it so difficult,
time consuming and almost-impossible for me to get a laptop in China with Windows 10 in English? Or should foreigners in China should not buy Windows-based laptops? Shouldn't there be an option somewhere to buy with English version or Chinese version?

Windows XP & china

My wife wants to buy her sister a new laptop. Her sister lives in Beihai, China. They still use XP there. Will windows 10 work in China. Or is it prohibited by the Chinese Government
