Windows 10: I locked my dell laptop remotely now I am not showing up as an admin and only an admin can...

I am the only account on the device and its telling me to log on as an administrator. My name is the only option to log on, it won't accept my pin. I reset my password and locked it remotely from my phone but I found it later. When i tried to log in it tells me this device has been locked by an administrator and to have an administrator log in. I'm the only owner and only account! Dell tech support said it's a Microsoft issue and I've hit only dead ends with Microsoft. I need my device for my small business, please help!! Im so frustrated!

admin rights keep disappearing!?!!

Hi guys,

I am actually having a problem at work that our IT department hasn't been able to figure out. I am supposed to be a member of the admin group. We are on a domain. The problem is that everytime I reboot the computer I loose my admin rights(no longer in the administrator group) and just become a normal user again. I have tried googling this and didn't get to many results.
I believe IT is just giving me local admin rights, not admin rights for the whole domain.

Any suggestions?

EDIT: It is on Windows XP Pro.

My local admin account is locked then how I will install the application it needs admin rights to install.

please suggest something else.
