Windows 10: I login and then get kicked right back to log in

Computer was working fine until we powered off for the night and restarted the following day. It will ask for sign in via Microsoft to access the desktop, we do, it appears to accept it, then goes straight back to sign in. We’ve tried all options available forgot password, send code, etc. We’ve tried using other accounts and creating new accounts. We’ve tried all the online suggestions of various key combos. Nothing. We can’t even get it to start in safe mode. This desktop computer is a month old, at most. What are we missing??

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to select the appropriate language in login screen at the bottom right corner and check if it helps.

Steps 2: Use On-screen keyboard in the login screen to login and check if it helps.

So far I like it with just a few issues, and they are minor.

• The name of the person who created the thread and the date is really lite and hard to read for me.
• When you are logged in the thread titles are in bold and look great, but when you are logged out they are normal, and very hard to read. We have a lot of users that come, and do not login. So, I suggest changing it to where everything is bold if you are not logged in.

Windows 10 admin login kicks me back out

When I try to log into my admin account from the login screen, Windows accepts the password but kicks me back out to the login screen.

OS: Windows 10 Pro

User account setup: admin account installs, etc. & standard user for normal operation

Steps:

1. Power on and reach login screen,

2. select admin account

3. enter password, hit enter.

Result - begins loading the profile then pops back up on the login screen.

Note: often launch applications using Run as administrator and accepts the password I have been entering is ok.

Ran virus/malware scans. Ran /scannow. Tried updating. Same thing.

Any recommendations?
