Hello,i have the weirdest problem I've faced so far in my whole lifejust when i'm connecting with Ethernet Cable when i'm watching for example a YouTube video or any video in my browser edge the last version i lose my internet until i start the troubleshooting process and it'll restart my ethernet NIC the problem said : i lost my GATEWAY and it always happened whenever i open any video in my browser specially the YouTube and others like UDEMY etc..this only happen with the ethernet interface, the wireless works totally finei've updated the driver of my ethernet interface, deleted all the old

• Have you tried using another browser to check if the same issue will happen?
• Did you receive any error messages when the computer hangs or stop responding?

In the meantime, we suggest using another browser to isolate if it is happening on a specific application. It is also better if you'll try to play a video that is already downloaded or saved on the computer and check if same issue will happen.
