Windows 10: I lost a video recorder for error in xbox game bar

I lost a video recorder for error in xbox game bar in windows 10 pro , i was recording while multitasking some things , suddenly the record stopped and gave me error that says corubted video , cant remember the error code , but the video was lost , couldnt find it , is there is any way to restore the video ? ,note :i was recording a live lecture that is important to me ,not a game

Xbox Game Bar Recording

When i record with xbox game bar and after recording i watch the video and the audio is crackling and popping. Im using a inspiron 15 3000 btw. Someone please reply asap.

In addition, you can also check if the Microphone for game bar is enabled under privacy settings.

1. Go to Settings (press Windows +
   I key together) > Privacy.
   
2. On the left hand pane scroll down and look for
   Microphone.
   
3. Toggle Allow apps to access Microphone
   to ON.
   
4. Under Choose which Microsoft Store app can access your Microphone toggle Xbox game bar to
   ON.
   
5. Restart the game bar.
