Windows 10: I lost internet connection after Windows 11, version 24H2 update. How do I fix it?

My laptop updated to Windows 11, version 24H2 on January 25th, but this problem started happening the day after. I remember getting a pop-up about Wi-Fi and location Sunday morning, but I don't remember all of the details. A few hours later, my computer stopped connecting to Wi-Fi networks. Enabling location settings and restarting the adapter didn't work. What should I do?
