Windows 10: I lost my admin privileges after changing the user name of my account and its description!!!

After what i changed i updated the store and the windows and i did a restart then i logged in normally with the same pin password like any normal day. then i opend cmd in admin it asks for yes or no as normal but it only shows no. so that weird and tried other applications that also require admin yes or no, alwayse shows only no. So i tried to understand why and i found these some clues: see the images.so please help :i dont want to format my pc i got so many stuff like comon

Ah so just ignore the 'Brink' and use the 'Brink2' as the example

And step 1 and 2, I was confused at that part also.
For example, my user account is called for e.g 'wizzle'
If I want to change the name to 'wizzle2', and by following steps 1 and 2;
-I sign out of my MS account (step 1)...and then sign in?

I understand the steps 3 onwards but steps 1 and 2 with the sign out/in was confusing :?

Are both the accounts are admin account?

I would suggest you to go through the below steps:

Steps: To determine the user account type:

• 
  Login to any account.
  
• 
  Press Windows key+X.
  
• 
  Click on Control Panel.
  
• 
  Click on User accounts.
  
• 
  Your user account will show and below that it will show your local account or admin account.
  
• 
  Once you know about the account type.
  
• 
  You can go to user account and change the name.
  
• 
  Press Windows key+R.
  
• 
  Type netplwiz and press enter.
  
• 
  Select the account and click on properties.
  
• 
  Change the user name and click on apply and then ok and one more time click on ok on the main screen.
  
• 
  Reboot the computer and check if it helps
