Windows 10: I lost my connection to OneDrive, error Ox800704cf, how can I fix?

I've lost my connection to OneDrive, error message says no Internet connection, but I do have Internet when in other applications. No printscreen ability either. Error code Ox800704cfd7e8dc9f-3e96-000-df73-18d8963ed901

Windows 10 error Ox800704cf erro

After downloading Windows 10 and using it for a few weeks we get a message that wifi can only be used on the hotel in Miami. This was last January when the computer was first used.

Now we have the Ox800704cf error which Microsoft does not fix.

Can anyone tell me why this "oops" language means we are given the problem?

We did fix the wifi connection but resent paying IT personnel each time errors occur in Windows 10.

Windows 10 - OneDrive

Right click on the app and one of the properties has an option to not automatically start it. Uncheck, restart the computer, and it should stop. If you want to go another step further, find the OneDrive app in the start menu, right click on it and uninstall.
