    I lost my sleep/restart/turn off icon in bottom left of screen.


    I lost my sleep/restart/turn off icon in bottom left of screen. I did control alt delete. Went to windows process, restart and nothing. No battery icon. What's next?

    Surface Pro 4 screen not turn on after sleep

    Hi, thank you. I could restart my surface pro 4 but still could not fix the Surface Pro 4 screen not turn on after sleep. I am still looking forward to hearing more suggestions to fix the black screen after sleep.

    Icons move when display sleep/turns off

    My icon re-arrange themselves when my display goes to sleep or is turned off and its really annoying!

    When i turn off/restart my computer my icons stay where i left them but if my display falls asleep or i turn it off my icons are all moved to the left of the screen!

    What can i do to stop this from happening?

    Everything on my Windows 10 desk top screen has turned 90 degrees to the left.

    Hi Andrew,

    The screen orientation settings may have changed that is why the screen turned 90 degrees to the left. To make the orientation of the screen normal, follow these steps:

    • Click the Windows logo (Start button).
    • Click the gear icon (Settings).
    • Select System.
    • On the left pane, choose Display.
    • On the right pane, click the drop-down menu under Orientation.
    • Choose Landscape.
    • Click Apply.
