Windows 10: i lost the live chat I was on to get help with reinstalling my printer

I have two problems with my laptop. I cannot print a document as I seem to have removed the printer and cannot reinstall it.I cannot open outlook

Getting to an agent via Live Chat took me over an hour and was extremely convoluted *Confused. So much so that I honestly cannot recall all the steps I took. I believe their system is designed to have one go on a 'treasure hunt' as all other sites with live chat have that little chat pop-up.

In order to get clarity and to assist you accordingly, please reply with the answers to the questions below.

• What is the Windows 10 version and Build installed? (Type
  winver in Windows search/Run command)
  
• What is the make and model of the Printer?
  
• When you say "One of my printers is lost, how can I recover without having to download it again?" is the printer not detected or is it not printing?
