Windows 10: I low-key can't reset my computer.

I saw a Microsoft file, opened it, it had a crypto file, so I thought it was a fake Microsoft file and a virus, deleted it, windows explorer straight gone.Tried to reset computer, Forgot password, Changes password, Enters new password! Oh..Wrong password.Change it again.Wrong password.I'm bouta crash tf out man, I thought it was some crypto miner or something.I got my other stuff that got deleted, but I cannot get file explorer dawg I might be fr stuck

I suggest the following simple steps:

1. Set the autosave options in MS Office to a low value say 5 minutes.
2. Setup file history to autosave frequently - the shortest period is 5 mins
3. Install Macrium Reflect Free and configure it to do a daily incremental system backup

You should be well covered if you do the above to protect your key files.

 

New Laptop constantly low on memory.

This issue may arise due to:

Corruptions in Windows components, Ram not accessing its full capacity, multiple files opened on the computer etc.

As an initial troubleshooting step, I suggest you to run
System Maintenance troubleshooter finds and clean up

unused files and shortcuts and performs maintenance tasks.

• • Press Windows key and type Troubleshooting.
  • Select Troubleshooting and hit Enter.
  • Click on View all in the left pane of the window.
  • Select System Maintenance.

Click Next and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the troubleshooting process.

If the issue still persists, I suggest you to check if the computer is using its full memory.

• Press Windows key + R and type msconfig.
• Go to Advance options and check if you have choosen use Maximum memory.
• If not, I suggest you to place a check mark, restart the computer and check if that helps.

WiFi bars are low on my computer but my other computer WiFi bars are high

Since the devices are in the same location and one device is getting a low signal, we would like to further clarify the concern with the following questions below:

• The computer that is getting a low signal, is it connecting using a external WiFi adapter or does it have a the WiFi built in?
• If you are using a external WiFi adapter, have you attempted to plug the device in another port on your computer?
• What troubleshooting steps have you attempted?
