i.m trying to update my windows11 23h2, but when i finished downloading to upgrade is removed from the computer and than version 23h2 is back again

Disconnect from the Internet

Temporarily disable any 3rd party Anti-virus you may have installed

Download Windows 11 v23H2 ISO and mount it (double click or right click and select mount). On new virtual disk run setup.exe to start in-palce update. This procedure will give released Windows 11 version 23H2 build 22631.2428 and it allow to keep personal files and installed apps. When in-place update is completed use Windows Update to check for updates.
