Windows 10: I may have accidentially uninstalled essential programs for Windows 10

I was clearing out some pre-installed apps like Netflix and such and I am really nervous I may have clicked on something that was actually essential to run Windows properly because rather suddenly I cannot type in the search bar, nor click the windows tab/have any access to it nor when I click "windows key + x" access settings, file explorer, or open any files. I did actually open a folder, but the computer option is no where to be found and the search bar is unclickable. Fortunately I had a system restore point, I believe I used i-obit to uninstall which create those beforehand and uninstalled something earlier in the day as well but have no idea how to get to the screen or if the screen even exists anymore.


Someone please save me here, I have no idea how to figure this out.

can't uninstall program

- Did you try un-installing the program from programs and features?

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Repairing or removing programs

To uninstall programs, go to Settings.

• On the Start menu, then select Settings.
• Select System > Apps & features.
• Select the program, then select Uninstall. Some apps that are built in to Windows can’t be uninstalled.
  
• Follow the directions on the screen.

If you are still unable to uninstall the program, follow the steps below.

• In Search, enter Control Panel and select Control Panel.
• Select Programs > Programs and Features, then select the program.
• Select the program, then select Uninstall. Some apps that are built in to Windows can’t be uninstalled.
  
• Follow the directions on the screen.

How do you uninstall chipset drivers?

I'm installing a new mobo so I need to uninstall the intel 865g drivers to make way for the P35 drivers.

Can't find any uninstall options in add/remove programs and intel chipset inst listed in driver cleaner.

Any suggestions? *Confused

• In the search bar, type Control Panel and press Enter.
• Click on Programs and Features.
