Windows 10: I may have the most complicated windows situation

I barely use the windows computer. Maybe for some media and client downloads and thats it. I don't know how i even started this problem. Maybe from a virus or a software misfunction. So before i start talking about the main, My users are gone, the computer only logs me in as "Administrator" followed by a 10 minute preparing windows process everytime, clicking the power button for even a second counts as a full shutdown, safe mode options are denied because "I dont have an admin account logged", and worst of all my desktop is black with only recycle bin and breaking down task manager and editing registry dosent bring it back. Just rolls back to the admin prepare windows process. I think i already spilled the main there...Turning on this computer logs me into an admin that starts windows into a blank desktop with no data and safe mode options requiring admin. Maybe im dumb and this entire process is all a procedure that i don't know about or maybe i just have a virus that i can't shake. I do have a chance of using the command prompt..

Sorry, I wasn't clear about the issue.
If I go to the Microsoft account page I notice that I'm actually logged in with the right email and account.
But when I open a new tab I see that the old account it's still being used:




Then, if I click on the profile icon, it opens my Windows 10 settings which instead shows the right email is being used, which is very confusing.

"I think that worked, although I was expecting to not see the email associated with Thanos still being used in Microsoft Edge, which is what's happening and so far I couldn't find a way to log out that email and log in with the email associated with IronMan."

Open msn.com in Edge. Click your Thanos icon and 'Sign out', like this -



The icon will be replaced by 'Sign in'. Click that and when the Thanos password field is filled, just click the use another account option as Ironman. Like this -




From now on, the msn.com will use Ironman and it's MS email until signed out and replaced by a diff user.

 

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
