Windows 10: i messed up editing the registry and the Windows security thing is just blank now

I'm kind of stupid, and i dont know what to do here. i first tried this Can't Open Virus & Threat Protection, "Your IT Administrator has - Microsoft Community because that was the original message i got when trying to open it, but i forgot to run the registry editor as administrator and then i also just turned the pc off and back on as i said, im stupid, after that the popup saying "your IT administrator has limited access" was just gone and it was just the blank screen that was in the background before so then i got confused and tried this Your IT administrator has limited access - Micr

I cannot reset Window's 10 because I don't have the disk, I'm one of the dumbies that fell for the scam that something was wrong with my Laptop thus corrupting 7 so even though I got messages for upgrade to 10 it didn't work it kept saying I didn't have
correct key! so I took it to a IT specialist he does security for Banks in Chicago and he cleaned it and upgraded the laptop and I think he hid important things so I didn't get into trouble and mess with any setting's which is actually pretty smart for girl's
that are 100% right brained
