Windows 10: i messed up my captures folder for gamebar

i was trying to move my captures folder by changing the directory to my g drive and instead of bringing the folder it just pasted all the clips without the folder and then when i screenshot to verify if the clips or screenshots are saving to the correct drive they are saving straight to the Videos folder and not Videos>Captures like before ive tried to make a new Captures folder inside of the videos folder but that still doesnt help , i dont know if i broke it or not but i just want to be able to change directories and the fact that windows doesnt allow u to do this straight from settings i

Restore Default Gamebar Capture location

Refer the steps mentioned below:

1. Press Windows Logo key + I, to open
   Settings.
   
2. Click on Gaming and select
   Captures from the left pane.
   
3. Click on Open folder to open the current capture folder.
   
4. Now, right click on an empty space in the folder and select
   Properties.
   
5. Click on Location tab, and select
   Restore Default.
   
6. Click on OK and select Yes (Twice) to confirm the change.

Gamebar capture not recording audio

Gamebar recording isn't capturing audio. How can I fix it?

Is it a problem that Gamebar won't let me change the Mix from Monitor to Headphones?

Thank you for replying.



You can create a New Folder under the Videos folder and rename it as Captures. After renaming the folder refer the steps mentioned below to change the location for saving the captures:

1. Press Windows Logo key + I, to open
   Settings.
   
2. Click on Gaming and select
   Captures from the left pane.
   
3. Click on Open folder to open the current capture folder.
   
4. Now, right click on an empty space in the folder and select
   Properties.
   
5. Click on Location tab, select
   Move and navigate to the Captures folder that you have created inside
   Videos folder.
   
6. Click on OK and select Yes (Twice) to confirm the change.
