Windows 10: I messed up my Registry Editor, Profile List, and accidentally remove access on my accounts

Hello! I messed up my Registry Editor and the Profile List. I was trying to change name in Expile Folder but suddenly something needs to be back up. I restarted my laptop but the sceen keeps saying "Preparing Windows" and after a looooong minutes i will sign in on another account thas has NO WINDOWS ICON even the time and date in the taskbar are not visible and there's a notif that i must sign out and sign in again. I followed that instructions but i came back go Preparing Windows, and it keeps repeating. Additional Info: I also messed up my user, i accidentally remove access my administator

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

 

temporary profile, and the real profile got deleted accidentally from registry editor.

So yesterday i turned on my computer and logged on. Then i realized all my stuffs got deleted and i was logged in in a temporary profile. I had this problem before and i fixed it last time, but this time when i opened registry manager, i accidentally deleted
my real profile. I want to restore the file (from registry editor) but i dont know where i can find my profile file. Help!

 

Lost default photo viewer after profile rebuild

Thanks Brink. I've tried those steps before i started searching Google. After the profile rebuild i don't have the Photo app listed to choose to make it default in either the system settings for default apps or the Open With option.

I can't even find it doing a search. Seems to have been removed somehow with the profile rebuild, which doesn't make sense.

Might be helpful to list what i've done I've done the open with check, the choose default program in the system menu, tried that in device manager default programs also. I've checked the programs and features Turn windows features on/off and it's not listed there (never thought it was but that was a suggestion), searched the MS Store, it's not listed there either.

I don't like playing in the registry unless i have defined steps and haven't found anything for this yet, just the Win7 version like in my OP.
