Windows 10: I messed up with regsitry unable to open .exe file

Hi sir i am typing this form my phone cuz my on my pc i changed something in registry i remember a little i changed exe to %1... something now i am unable to open any .exe file whether it is cmd kr regedit also plz help i also tried automatic repait but it didnt work i tried resetting my pc but windows in not able to perofrm cloud download and i dont have usb to use for resetting

Exe file slow to open

A SFX archive isn't going to open right away. The files have to be extracted first. When you are opening it in WinRar, it's not extracting the file, it's just reading it which is why it opens right away.

 

I changes .exe (Default) files data value, and now I can't open .exe files. Can anyone tell me the normal data value for .exe?

Unable to Open .exe file

Hi Team,

I wanted to install Python in my system , I downloaded the .exe file but unable to open it .

asks me to look for an app in the store. Not sure which app I shud have in my system to open it.

Could you please advice on this.
