Windows 10: I messed up

recently my microsift account has been hacked so i cant sign in to my settings and stuff like that, so i created a new account with the same email somehow so when i tried signing into settings with my new account what happens is that its saying the account is already registered.Also its saying to update my info in the settings app and when i try to do that it brings me the sign in page and it says my email is not sharing for privacy purposes and when i type my password it somehow changes the email. But since when i dont type the password it has my email so i click send code and i type the c

2004 Update Messing with Bluetooth.

Hopefully you won't have to do all the steps, as something should work before you get too far down the list. But I ilke to be thorough and include everything so at least something will work. This lets you work at your own speed without being dependent
on me to spoon feed each step, since I already know them all that work.

What did the Turn On Bluetooth link - which should open the Bluetooth Control panel do - exactly that messed with your machine?

Yes, I do think that is my problem, but I couldn't find a way to remedy it. Sorry for the screenshot being in Hungarian, if you need I can translate it. And don't mind the 500 MB partition, I tried to do a fix from a similar thread which suggested creating it, but later steps didn't prove successful.
