Windows 10: I met the problem when i open my computer : it looks like windows didnt load correctly

Hello,I’m encountering a problem with my laptop. When I start my computer, I see the message: "It looks like Windows didn’t load correctly." This issue suddenly occurred one evening.Here’s what happens:The Lenovo logo appears when I turn on the laptop.After that, the screen goes black.Everything else seems to be functioning normally.I suspect the issue might be related to the graphics driver, but I’m not entirely sure.Here’s what I’ve tried so far:Restarting the computer.Attempting to boot into Safe Mode please let me know if I missed something here.

It looks like Windows didn't load correctly

I have the Windows 10 upgraded free from Windows 7 Home. The computer would just shut itself off without loading Windows. Got the "It looks like Windows didn't load correctly" message. How can I get Windows to load correctly and not having my computer switching
itself off. Thanks for your help.
