  1. I might have disabled miscrosoft edge

I was fooling around in the task manager trying to figure out why my computer is running so sluggish.
I found Atheros.svc , Icesoundservice64.exe , and a bunch of other stuff running in the background using up a total of almost 70% CPU space. I was clicking on processes I knew were useless, like icloud , and I think I accidentally stopped running Microsoft edge so if I close my internet browser everything is black and my taskbar is gone, I cannot open settings either on my account. I go over to my other accounts on this computer and I am able to do everything, except reset my account, bc those are not admin accounts.
What can I do to restore my prec=vious settings for everything to go back to normal

    :)
