Windows 10: I need a better understanding of security keys for Microsoft Hello and other apps

After I got locked out of my account I'm starting to look for a security key. There are so many brands of keys that are available to purchase and with terms, I don't understand.There are no charts I can find from Microsoft with brand and model numbers that are compatible.My primary use for the key is Microsoft I have Windows 11 home I have found 2, I don't know which one has the better technology1. FEITIAN ePass K9 Plus2. Yubico - YubiKey 5 NFCAre these good keys for Microsoft or are any suggestions for any other keys?Thanks ahead of time

Microsoft Store credentials not recognized in Windows 10 Microsoft Edge

App disappeared from Microsoft store

• Which security software is installed in the computer?

Try the below steps and check if it helps.

Step 1: I would suggest you to clear the Store cache and check if the issue persists.

Press Windows key + R

Type wsreset.exe and press OK

Step 2: Disable the security software and check.

Important: Antivirus software can help protect your computer against viruses and other security threats. In most cases, you shouldn't disable your antivirus software. If you have to temporarily disable it to install other software,
you should re-enable it as soon as you're done. If you're connected to the Internet or a network while your antivirus software is disabled, your computer is vulnerable to attacks.

Also, I suggest you run the Windows Store app troubleshooter and check.
Follow the steps:

  Press Windows Key + X..
  
• 
  Click on Control Panel.
  
• 
  Select Troubleshooting.
  
• 
  On the left pane, click on View All.
  
• 
  Click on Windows Store apps to run the troubleshooter.

Microsoft Edge TLS Security

After trying everything (not a lot of steps) listed in the Microsoft Edge support site, I did a wider search and found this very simple youtube video that fixed it immediately:

For those who prefer not to click links the steps are simple:

1. Click in the Cortana search bar next to the Win 10 Start button

2. Type internet options

3. Select internet options (control panel) from the list

4. Click on the advanced tab

5. Scroll down to the security section

6. Make sure the following are all clicked:
Use SSL 3.0
Use TLS 1.0
Use TLS 1.1
Use TLS 1.2

7. Click apply

8. Refresh the page that was giving the error and it should now connect.

Hope this helps, it was a 30 second fix after hours of pounding my head against the error with the Support site suggestions.
