Windows 10: I need a DVD player app for Windows 11

I need a DVD player for Windows 11. One of my DVDs wouldn't work on the eMedia player I had gotten with my PC,so I uninstalled it. Now I can't get it back without paying for it. I tried Any DVD from the store, but it won't automatically start when I put a DVD in, and I can't make it default because it doesn't give me thatchoice. Please help, I'm stupid

In order to assist you better could you please confirm whether you're using the Windows 10 DVD player App or Windows Media Player (DVD).

I suggest you to update the drivers from the Device Manager and see if this helps. Follow the steps below to do the same:

• Press Windows key + X key and click Device Manager.
• Expand the DVD/CD ROM Drives.
• Right-click on the mentioned drive and click on Properties.
• Go to Drivers Tab and click on Update.
• Restart the computer and check.
