Windows 10: i need a hand with 5G

My computer supports 5G ive used 5G in the past but now randomly i cannot connect to 5g internet connections they still appear on the wifi radar but i cannot connect ive tried other 5g connections with no luck but all 4g networks work fine

Intel to Bring 5G to Mobile PCs by 2019

Today, Intel announced it is collaborating with Dell, HP, Lenovo and Microsoft to bring 5G connectivity to Windows PCs with Intel XMM 8000 series commercial 5G modems. Intel expects the first high-performing 5G-connected PCs to surface in the market in the second half of 2019.

Or imagine being able to continue participating in a multiplayer game as you ride in an autonomous vehicle on the way to class. Radically different. 5G and 2G

My routerr has both 5G and 2G but my settings will only list 2G. running windows 10.

My ipad wright next to my computer lists both. What can I do to get my computer to recognize 5G ?

There is a possibility that the wireless network adapter of your computer is not compatible with the 5G Wi-Fi network. Just to clarify, can your computer connect to other 5G networks?

• Right-click the Windows logo, and then choose Device Manager.
• Expand Network.
• Locate the computer's wireless network card.
