I installing one of the DREPECATED Microsoft Products and The version is incompatible. Microsoft Windows SDK 7 Phone For just Develop a app. Here a screen shot SOME ONE SOLVE THIS???

I suggest you reinstall your Net Framework, I think this will help you.

1. Click Start, select Settings

2. Go to the Control Panel

3. Click Programs and Features

4. Uninstall Microsoft .NET Framework Extended

5. Uninstall Microsoft .NET Framework Client Profile

6. Reboot your computer and reinstall the Net Framework, I suggest you install a newer version and check if the issue persists.

Hello. Have you tried to repair .NET Framework 4 Client Profile?

• Open the Control Panel, and then open the Programs and Features dialog box.
  
• Right-click Microsoft .NET Framework 4 Client Profile, and then click
  Uninstall/Change.
  
• Click Repair .NET Framework 4 Client Profile to its original state, and then click
  Next.
  
• After the repair has succeeded, click Finish and reboot.
