    I need a recovery key for Bit locker,


    I need a recovery key for Bit locker, MS says they need to verify with a code they will send in an email, they never send the email no matter how many times I send the request or how long I wait in between requests. Online chat was worthless. Why can't microsoft send an email when they say they will so that I can get the code that I need to "fix" my computer? Why? Why? Why?
