Windows 10: I need a replacement Doggle for my wireless mouse, can I buy one from Microsoft?

Hi,

time ago I bought a wireless desktop bundle with the wireless keyboard 3050 and a wireless mouse 5000.

The two devices connect through one single bluetooth adapter.

I need to replace the mouse (only) and was wondering whether there is a compatible list of wireless mouses in order to use the same bluethooth stick.

Is that even possible?
